We do not offer refunds when guests leave events voluntarily; refunds are only granted in circumstances where an event is cancelled. This includes any damages, without limitation, arising out of communication with other participants registered with Creatives Connect. Damages include, without limitation, physical harm, bodily injury, and/or emotional distress and discomfort. Creatives Connect cannot verify the identity or background of any participant at our events or those listed on our website. We urge you to approach any meeting with any participant of our events with the same caution that you would exercise in any other situation. Regrettably, Creatives Connect cannot take responsibility for the safety and security of your personal belongings while attending an event.
